I kinda feel sorry for traffic wardens - most people who get done by them are breaking the law. As for terrorists, hmm, can we chase Rick Astley and X Factor fans instead - that would be more fun.
I like your choice of music though, unsure about the thimbles (I have big thumbs, they never fit), Having said that, I do like your thimble based mayhem :)
