RIP Marty

At eight o'clock this evening, my friend Marty passed away peacefully. He was one of life's genuine people, a true friend who has been there for me many times in the past. It's hard to believe that I saw him just two days ago and even though we knew this was coming, it doesn't stop it from hurting.

RIP Marty, you will be greatly missed :(

I'm really sorry to hear that but at least there's some comfort knowing he passed peacefully and that you got to see him one last time. My thoughts are with you, his friends and his family. *hugs*

Thanks hun - I guess the main consolation was that it was peaceful. I'm glad I saw him before he died, it was tough but it was the right thing to do.
