My step-father has skin cancer. It is operable but it is a worry. Can this year get any fucking worse?

sorry to hear that, but it is normaly an easy op. My old boss had it and after the op he was fine once the wound healed.

If it's any help a relative had skin cancer and they recovered OK from it so hopefully the same for your step-dad.
