Snarfling The Snausages

I trust you all ushered in the New Year in suitable style. We had a BBQ round at Wolfie's parents where we ate plenty of snausages, burgers and grilled Halloumi cheese. And Pringles, tubes and tubes of the greasy delights.

We had a heater and fortunately the wind and rain earlier in the week had somewhat abated. Some people sat in a little summer house filled with African trinkets while others manned the food table and just drank and ate.

Once it got colder, we all went inside and watched Father Ted and the fireworks over London, a display ruined by the featuring of Cameron and Boris. Still, it was impressive stuff while we drank perry and cava, and enjoyed each other's company.

Stray and Luna had to head home early and I found myself in a dress, which was pleasant as I'd slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 14. I must start wearing female attire more often as it feels more natural and comfortable to me. I'm glad my size has reduced as it means I can buy a greater range of stuff so thanks go to Arcais for lending the flowery number to me.

We went to bed about 4am and the day after, we all snarfled some more snausages and watched Bugsy Malone before heading our separate ways. Entei-rah and Baloki went back with us and after a nice Wetherspoons steak (as part of their excellent Steak Club), we headed home and chilled before it was time to drop them off at the station. A pleasant weekend indeed ^^
