Publishing On FA

After considerable thought and listening to the advise of some trusted friends, I have started to publish some of my stories on FA. The first one, which is the original ending to the piece I wrote for the Confuzzled conbook back in 2008, can be found on my profile here.

Any tips, comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated but remember it is the first piece I ever wrote in the Fandom (and the first thing I had written in six years) so it may be a bit rusty. I hope you enjoy ^^

One piece of advice, unrelated to the content of this particular story of yours, is to commission some sort of story icon which you can set as the thumbnail for your stories. I have a theory that stories and music pieces which use attractive icons get more clicks than those that don't, increasing the chance of people randomly clicking your submissions.

sincerely,

Are you on my FA watch list? I can't check that up since "logged in" FA has NSFW status.

Oh and I should post some of my writing to here or FA, even if it's in draft form for feedback.

I would suggest submitting to SoFurry as well. FA is a nice repository, but it isn't geared very well for authors.

I completely agree about the icon - I was thinking the same thing. I'll rack my brains and see who I can commission for it :)

Cools, thanks hun. I have a profile on SoFurry so I'll add it over the course of the next few days. Thanks for the advice ^^

I am watching you but I don't think you are watching me at present. I think feedback is invaluable - I realised this last week at EF. It would be great to read your stuff :)
