We've been doing that for two years now - we've been in complete disarray. I like to think we're experts in the headless chicken impressions hehe.

My division of defra only deal with EU payments so we're not really involved in this mess. We may have to be if it gets as widespread as the 2001 Foot and Mouth crisis but I don't see that happening. So it's just boring old payment processing for us. Ho hum :(
