Facebook and Google+ forcing users to use their real names will cause some people to come back to LJ. So hopefully there will be a increase in posting/traffic on the site again.
Twitter is good for a quick update, but not the whole story. The last time I tried to tell the full story about something that had happened, I just couldn't fit it in 140 characters. That's why I still hang around here! :)
