Five years? Definitely still a puppy. ^_^

People's activity in furrydom always changes - and that's hardly anything to worry about, so much as confirming they're still alive, and that everything else is, in turn, also changing. Who knows what'll happen with Twitter in five years? It seems entirely likely there'll be more mass migrations in the future, as other social networks arise; likewise, there'll be others - perhaps even the majority - who'll simply continue, short of LJ pushing up the daisies. I certainly do miss the folks who've given up on LJ, though - even though some are on Twitter, the lack of actual reading to sink your brainteeth into leaves me somehow dissatisfied.

You may well find some new aspect of furrydom winds up appealing, fall in with a particular group, tire of something else, or strike out into new creative directions, like trying your paw at drawing, music, or fursuit design. Who knows? ^_^
