I've certainly no intention of leaving LJ. ^_^ I'm on Twitter, but it's much more an avenue for quick disposables and tiny chats - here, you can explore someone's reply to a posting, and ponder a response, explaining yourself in the process. Or, in a posting, mention specifically what appealed (or didn't) about, say, a film, not merely that you've seen it. (Or worse, let 4sq robotweet it for you..)

Still, my flist doesn't seem to've been hit too badly, especially taking into account the natural migration of people from one site to another. Frankly, it's sort of amusing to see the (very) occasional tweet berating LJ's relevance, when things are on the upswing - my flist's seen the recent addition of rav_bunneh and pawnytail, newcomers to LJ both, f'rex.
