I am always stressed though, and the EU Referendum is contributing far more stress than anything else in my life right now. It's odd though as stress doesn't seem to inhibit my weight loss, it's alcohol consumption which is the worst offender.
That's a bit shitty that having a German mother doesn't confer benefits, but I imagine this will change sooner rather than later largely due to equality legislation. I do wish I had some international ancestry myself but alas I don't think I do.
