Arc-a Angel
Well Franck's gone and Arca's arrived and I for one am a bit concerned. I think Arca is a great signing, 25 years old, £1.75m and will add a desperately needed creative attacking dimension to the midfield. But the defence we have neglected and with Pogotetz and Parnaby now likely to be in it, we're going to ship goals like a colendar ships water. Both players are poor and should be given the boot now imo, we conceded 45 last season and finished 14th. I fear it will be worse this season.
But if Huth does come and we get a right-back then everything will be dandy again and we will have a good season. I trust Southers to get it right. Reading game is all booked now apart from the ticket. Am getting a lift with marktheborofan in his jeep landrover thing. £25 which isn't too bad when the train would cost double. Still don't want the season to start just yet, I like a break from football and I dread the season until right up to kick-off and then I get back into it again and it feels great. Don't know why I'm like that, I guess the bug only gets me when I'm actually watching it.
Am going to Cologne next week and am well exicted *bounce*. Going to the friendly there so my first ever Boro watch in Europe! Yey!! It's gonna be well class plus a mate of mine is going so loads of German beer too!
Am in London at a houseparty tomorrow been really lax with meeting up with my ex-Uni mates, it's been over a year now since I've seen them. But a lot of them have partners now and houses and careers and stuff so I fear it won't be the same as it was. Everyone's getting older and stuff and, it's just different. Still see what happens.
Apart from that, just plodding on with the sites, doing my thang! Am really tired at present, so much so that I started to fall asleep at work but it's the weekend now, I only have Monday to do at work and then I'm off for over a week! Yey! Much needed break! Can't wait *bounce*. I think this is why my mood's been really changeable, I'm not normally this extreme or anything. Hmm, just need to calm down I guess. And go on HOLIDAY!! *bounce*.
