Cheering Yourself Up

In these times of economic crisis coupled with the fact that it is January, it is very easy to be infected with a sense of gloom. So how do you cheer yourself up in times like these? Usually, all I do is try and achieve more, working my tail off but even that doesn't seem to be working very well at the moment. Any tips?

Wolfie is up on the Sunday but may be able to pop round to yours for around 9pm or so. Am off all Monday so am sure we can do something then too :)
