Pink Smarties

I am drunk and eating pink Smarties - the best kind of Smarties :-)

I never much cared for smarties, as I find them too chalky.

I instead worship chocolate.

You worship chocolate? In what way? Do you have an alter to the holy cocoa bean, brought by Spanish explorers who sacrificed their lives in pursuit of its holy grail?

They are a bit chalky - the sugar coating is not as good as I remember it :(

As to chocolate:

The goddess Chocolate is a fickle bitch. She cannot be ignored for long, or she will take her vengeance.

translation: I get really irritable without a chocolate fix at least a few times a week.

As to the Spaniards:

The Spanish Conquistadors were murderers. They raped, pillaged, and destroyed an advanced civilization in order to satisfy their greed.(all in the name of God, no less)

As to Smarties:

I'm not even sure we're talking about the same candy. The smarties I know have absolutely nothing to do with chocolate, and seem to be more closely related to those nasty little candy hearts with the words on them.

-scratches head in confusion-

In England Smarties are a bit like M&Ms I guess, only slightly more flatter. They're sugar coated chocolate really.

Agree on the Conquistadors. Never been a big fan of chocolate myself. Have always thought it quite over-rated...
