Most people seem to be tied up in that massive MMORPG called "First Life" at the weekend, yes. The graphics and the render engine are fantastic, but it's pretty damn hard to get level-ups, no matter how hard you keep farming for gold. ^.^

I tend to work a lot of weekends, hence why I am often checking on LJ. My first life often takes priority on Mondays and Tuesdays :(

I've just noticed the traffic is lighter on a weekend than it is during the week. Granted it probably has more to do with working patterns than anything else, it was just an observation.

I think posts have increased rather than decreased in recent times - but most people remark the trend is reverse.

I work alternate weekends so I feel in a similar position at times, particularly when people cancel on you at the last minute when you had arranged to do something :(
