And I Can't Help The Feeling

It was a sedate weekend really - but only because I needed it. Worked on the sites on Saturday - found out we'd won "Website of the Week" in a National Sports Newspaper - which was class. But Boro could only scrape a 2-2 draw at Bristol City - grr. Portsmouth game tomorrow means more work but fun work nonetheless - I guess I just love to write - I always have done. Just a shame it drains my energy so, particularly after a hard day at work work. Still, can have no complaints really.
On Sunday I finally got some time off and decided to go down to the woods near where I live. Saw a baby deer, squirrels and disturbed a couple of pheasants in my own inimitable lupine way hehe. Also practiced my barking, away from the staring masses. It's coming along all right but needs a bit of work. Am sure I'll perfect it soon.
It was great to be alone in the countryside for a bit, I needed to gather my thoughts after what's been a somewhat manic month. I've always found it a spiritual place and due to the lack of time I get to meditate, it is the best substitute in order to get my head sorted. I don't know where anything is heading at the moment suffice to say it's an adventure and one I hope will keep continuing. Yes there are doubts but then there always are - it's just overcoming them that's the key. I'm sure I will.
