Still, not as bad as Bulmer's - you pouring that over your arm was one of the most hilarious moments of the year so far. And as for GNER/Nat Ex - I don't really notice the difference to be honest except Nat Ex got rid of the nice Piper's Crisps and replaced them with crappy Walkers. So Booo to them. And the incident I told did really happen.
