I find spandex can rub and chafe if you wear it long enough. No, fursuit won't stick in the same way but the general feel of a wet fursuit against skin I find worse than rubber against skin. The irony is that if the rubber is tight, there is probably less chance it will stick as it just hugs the skin, but then you are showing off your fat bits if you do that :(
