Hell Of A Hero For A Bear

Looks like there's a fursuiting entry in this year's Turner Prize - with Mark Wallinger's Sleeper being a portrayal of 10 nights alone in a German art gallery in a bear suit. I don't know what it's meant to signify and I'm sure after day two it would make very dull viewing but I'll be rooting for him nonetheless.

In other news: My tickets for the Hell Is For Heroes gig next Thursday came today. Seeing them has made me all excited and I can't wait for the gig - particularly as I also get £1 off a bottle of Fosters before 7pm. Not that I'm likely to get there before then but hey, I can but try. The gig itself is going to be amazing though - I've wanted to see them for so long and it's just luck that I noticed that they are touring now. I really can't wait :)

I also get £2 off entry to The Garage whatever that is. However it's only for the hours between 11pm and 3am and as it's often free to park your car at that point I probably won't take them up on the offer.

LONDON FURMEET - 13TH OCTOBER 2007

First of all my apologies in the tardiness of this post - I've switched jobs this week and things have been more hectic than I had anticipated. So here it is - like the latest Alan Titchmarsh novel - an account of something that no one particularly wants but which is foisted on the populace anyway...

And that was that. I very much hope to make another London Meet soon and this time I will suit up. It was a very good weekend indeed.

 

A Wolf, A Wolf, My Kingdom For A Wolf

Aren't wolves fantastic? My friend has my wolf sponsorship information so I think I'll be getting it on Monday when I go see her. I'm really excited :-)

But this has got me thinking - what's your favourite thing about your chosen fursona? I like wuffs and I really like the muzzle and the tails of all canids. The muzzles are so sweet and there is nothing more adorable than a wagging tail - particularly if it's two-tone with the tip a different colour to the rest of it.
