I'm not a huge fan of watching sports, but when I do watch it's usually baseball (go Giants!), or really good soccer matches (like the World Cup, of course). For participating, I like rock climbing and SCUBA diving, if you can call those sports. Oh, and cycling provides some good eye candy too (love the gear), though otherwise it's not much fun to watch... ;)
