Thanks bud. I've discussed the situation with my bosses boss today (my boss is away until Monday) and she fully understands. Looks like I'll be finishing this job on October 16 - all I have to do is write a formal resignation letter and that should be okay. I've already arranged how I'm going to use up my remaining leave so things are pushing forward. Today's dullness only confirmed to me that I need to get out. I can't wait!
