Not My Cup Of Tea...

lupestripeI would say I average about seven cups of tea a day.
This is partly because making a cuppa is a handy break from work and partly because I am so tired, I need the caffeine. Sadly though, I think it's a vicious circle as my not being able to sleep at night may be related to the caffeine in the tea.
I drink Best-In Gold Blend Tea because it's cheap. It's not even the Best-In the shop I get it from. Still nice enough.
How many cups of tea do you have a day and do you have any special blends?
