Round, Triangle Or Square?

My insomnia is back with a vengeance and this is making me sluggish for work. I didn't doze off until past 4 last night. I guess I just have too much on my mind, coupled with the fact we are using a winter duvet in the height of summer. I have so much going on - both personally and professionally - I guess it's not surprising I cannot switch off.

Speaking of sleeping, could anyone living in the London region spare me a bed (or indeed a sofa) on the evening of Thursday 6 October? I would be incredibly grateful if I could stay somewhere.
