lupestripeAfter any foreign trip I usually have a two week spell of mild depression which I call the Being Back in Britain Blues. I don't know if this is a normal affliction or how much it relates to my feelings for this country. Still, it promises to be a very good weekend so I will put my current emotions down to jet-lag and hope for the best.
I will hopefully respond to all your comments from the last 10 days this evening, as well as posting the pictures from the trip. I hope you enjoyed reading about my excursion ^^
By the way, Russian elections are this Sunday. We saw lots of posters for Vladimir Putin's United Russia Party (their symbol is a bear) but little from the other parties, although their advertising may have been far more subtle than my limited knowledge of Russian and Russian politics can comprehend. I don't know if any of this will translate into DoSS attacks on LJ over the forthcoming week or so.
