They could stake the claim perhaps due to AC, I was thinking similar.

Guess what it depends on is tollerance, population, accessiblity and maybe if historically there is any 'furry' or animal related background.

Depends though - as I say, it could be considered more the furry holiday resort than the capital. Do many furs actually live there?
