lupestripeTonight we went back to the pub we stumbled upon during our pub crawl on Sunday to parake in their Timothy Taylor sampling night.
This basically consisted of three free halves of Landlord and Golden Best served by a representative from the brewery. Sadly, due to many reasons, we were the only people who had turned up for this but the rep made us feel very welcome and was delighted just having someone to talk to. He even showed us the hops and grain from which the ales are made. Hopefully it will be more popular next time (although he did say few people typically turn up to these events and expressed his gratitude that we had).
Sadly, Patter couldn't make it as he went too far on the bus so it was just Wolfie, myself and a bowl of nachos in the end. I liked the lighter Golden Best the best but Landlord was still nice too.
