Not all Muslims are fanatics, only a handful are.
Not all Christians are fanatics, only a handful are.
Not all *insert collective noun describing a religion here* are fanatics, only a handful are.
Whilst I don't condone the actions of Muslim FANATICS over the last few days, why does the press persist in sewing hatred and division by continuously highlighting specific cases designed to tarnish ALL Muslims with the same brush? This has happened on countless occasions throughout the last ten years and whilst in this case it is justified, in most others it is not.
Bigotry works both ways and the Press are partially responsible for the current state of affairs. Instead of trying to understand, the Press has resorted to highlighting an "us and them" situation and this is not good for any of us.
Cue shit storm.
