Lupestripe On Rainbow

lupestripeI have been watching episodes of Rainbow - a lot of the 1984 and 1986 series appear to be on YouTube and I have been wallowing in Eighties nostalgia. I remember those days and they look so different to the technological age in which we now live. I have probably watched about 20 episodes now :)
However, some odd things have happened.
Firstly, looking at Geoffrey from 1984, I got a pang of lust. He's kinda cute, with his foppy hair and all. I really needed to shake my head as it was a genuine feeling. I rarely get such feelings. A bit of a head fuck to be honest.
Secondly, as I was watching this episode I am sure that someone shouts "Lupestripe" really loudly and for no real reason. Fast forward it to 6:19 and tell me I am not hearing what I want to hear. I don't remember being on that bus, although I was three at the time so it could have been possible. But then I wasn't Lupestripe then so unless I can time travel, it all makes no sense.
Finally, would anyone be interested in watching an episode of Rainbow with me one night this week, like a LAN party or something? All we need to do is agree to watch the same episode (not the Twangers one) at the same time and we can comment on it. Let's have an Eighties nostalgia night :)
