Healthy Teddy Washes His Hands

lupestripeJust got back from the doctors. My heart is fine, my blood pressure is normal and my problems are "probably muscular". He did say I did the right thing by coming into the surgery and that if it gets worse he will gladly see me again.
I have also lost 2kg in weight since this time last year, meaning I have lost more since the lifestyle changes I implemented in August. I am still 12kg above my target weight but at least I am moving in the right direction.
Today was also flu jab day so the doctors was teeming with oldies. Despite this, my appointment was on time and I only had to wait 3 minutes to be seen - and that was because I was 3 minutes early. Result for the NHS!
