God I feel so tired. Regularly going to the gym is causing it, I feel. I go four times a week average now and such is my competitive nature I feel must do more and more every time. I thought gyms were meant to make you energised. All they do to me is making me tired and cranky. Still I have lost over 3kg since I started so I am not complaining. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow - Saturday is the only day I get one.

It's possible you're overdoing it. Try doing something that doesn't make you dog-tired (pardon the pun) and follow the routine for a while, adding excersizes to it only gradually. That's just a theory I've got, anyway.
