LiveJournal Cull
Dec. 28th, 2010 05:47 pmI feel my first ever LJ cull may be in order. Times have moved on and people have changed. Some have migrated over to twitter, some have become entrenched in political views which I find objectionable whilst others I have simply lost touch with. I have also noticed a marked increase in negativity and cynicism over the last 12 months and this just wears me down. I'd prefer not to read it.
I think I have changed too - the opinions I had four years ago have altered whilst my friendships are now far more integrated in the 'real' world than they are online. I also feel let down by one or two people too, I am not going to hide that. It's a shame how strong friendships sometimes just drift away into nothingness.
I'll give it some thought but I may start the new year with a new direction.
