A couple of weeks ago a friend at work came into the office with a beautifully crafted swan made entirely from folded paper. I got talking to him and I asked him if he would make a wolf for me. He kindly agreed and I received it yesterday. Apparently it took him all of Saturday afternoon but it really is gorgeous. Check out the pic!

Oversleeping is definitely a problem, yes... mmm, I really need to start set my alarm clock again even on those days when I don't have to get up on a specified time (like today). I just feel much better in the end if I don't sleep for *too* long.

I treasure my lie-ins but I know what you mean. At one point I was getting up at noon on a Sunday so I couldn't get to sleep until about 2am the following night - which of course had a workday at the end of it. This meant I only got five hours sleep before the first day of the working week and I was consequently knackered for the rest of the week.

I got up at 10am today - that's reasonably acceptable and I should be asleep around midnight. Seven hours sleep is not great but average for me at the moment so it could be a hell of a lot worse.

*noddles* I got up at around 10am today, too, but I just didn't feel good for the last... I don't know, the last hour or so of (half-)sleep. In retrospect, I should've gotten up earlier...

I'm always tired - I'm used to it by now. Was out fursuiting yesterday so have the typical dehydration hangover today so I was never going to feel my best - despite the two litres of water I drank post-suit last night.

*noddles* You should always try to drink something while in suit if possible, too... there's these extra-long straws that you could use. :) Getting dehydrated isn't good, even if you drink lots of water again afterwards to rehydrate.

I took regular breaks - every 45 minutes or so - in order to increase fluid intake but the foyer of the supermarket where I was suiting was ridiculously hot. It was also near the cafe which I don't think helped. I do like your extra long straw idea though :D
