Paper Wolf

A couple of weeks ago a friend at work came into the office with a beautifully crafted swan made entirely from folded paper. I got talking to him and I asked him if he would make a wolf for me. He kindly agreed and I received it yesterday. Apparently it took him all of Saturday afternoon but it really is gorgeous. Check out the pic!

I'm really pleased with it - when I saw how delicate the swan was I just had to ask him if he would make a wolf for me. Thankfully he agreed :D

I'll certainly ask him - he has taken a few commissions from some people at work so I don't know if he'll have the time right now but I will inquire and let you know.

Glad you like - I was expecting something on all fours and a little bigger - but this is so much better in my opinion. I was so protective of it at work, you wouldn't believe :)

I really love the texture of it - it's all folded so intricately it really is unique. I know the swan he did (which was much bigger than my wolf) was only made out of one sheet of paper. I think this is only made out of two - the silver and the white. The guy is very talented :)

Height is 5" (13cm) and width is around 2.5" (6.5cm).

The thought of furry commissions had crossed my mind. The wolf cost me £8 which I think is a bargain for a unique piece of craftsmanship.

Don't worry about the candles either - although I do love them - they're a massive fire hazard and I'm jumpy at the best of times.
