lupestripeWhat an album the new Muse one is! At first wasn't convinced with the disco style but it is so cohesive. The opening three tracks are so powerful and built up with energy, it's good to hear they've made a fourth classic. Best British band around today, full of ideas and are so tight now! Am well excited.
France v Italy in the World Cup Final. It's gonna be a good one, despite my team Germany being knocked out. *sniff*. England got knocked out too and I must admit I admire Rooney's restraint on that cheating bastard Ronaldo - I would have decked him but Rooney didn't. His sending off was well harsh, I didn't think he went in for the tackle (Carvalho's, not the ball) but when the deceitful Ronaldo got involved, trying to make the ref give Rooney red Rooney pushed him to tell him to back off. And he got a red for that. Still good to see the Portuguese, who dived their way to a 1-0 defeat to France last night got knocked out. They deserve it. Like they deserve being banned from the next World Cup for their disgraceful behaviour.
Was singing England songs in the pub with some mates and in the end had to be consoled by a Frenchman (who I randomly tried speaking schoolboy French to, before realising I couldn't remember any of it *embarrassed wolfie*). Still don't think we deserved to win, we were poor and we had no confidence in taking penalties. I mean Lampard taking the crucial first one after not being able to score in 15 previous goalscoring attempts didn't bode well and once he had missed all hope was gone.
Sven's now gone with his £25million. Let's hope SMc can do better. I somehow doubt it.

For me though, it doesnt bother me so much (actually it adds to the entertainment) ALL teams do it even England, it just annoying when certain teams (that shal remain nameless but i think you can guess who they are) do it all the time.
