Cheering Yourself Up

lupestripeIn these times of economic crisis coupled with the fact that it is January, it is very easy to be infected with a sense of gloom. So how do you cheer yourself up in times like these? Usually, all I do is try and achieve more, working my tail off but even that doesn't seem to be working very well at the moment. Any tips?
